Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StencilSnap (stencilsnap.com), operated by Askgto LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
The service
StencilSnap turns photos into stencils and tattoo transfer linework. Processing happens in your browser. Exporting PNG and PDF files is free. Exporting SVG and DXF files requires a paid unlock.
Paid unlocks
- 7-Day Pass ($4.99): unlimited SVG and DXF exports for 7 days from purchase.
- Lifetime ($29): unlimited SVG and DXF exports for as long as we operate StencilSnap.
- Both are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
- An unlock is for your own use. Please do not share it or resell access.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your photos and your designs
You keep all rights to the photos you use and the stencils you make. You may use your exported files for personal or commercial projects.
Only use photos that you have the right to use. You are responsible for the photos you choose and for how you use the results, including any copyright, trademark, or likeness rights of other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use StencilSnap to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or harasses or exploits anyone. Do not try to break, overload, or get around the payment system of the site.
No warranty
We work hard to make good stencils, but results depend on the photo and your settings. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Always check a stencil before cutting expensive material.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as wasted materials or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and availability
We may update the service or these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever shut down StencilSnap, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
